I'm a computer science graduate with a strong interest in systems programming, compilers, embedded development, and low-level architecture. I also enjoy crafting clean, efficient static websites — both visually and under the hood.

This site serves as my main profesional profile for the web and includes a collection of my projects and external links.

I built this site from a blank slate with assistance from some great opensource tooling. It gets a perfect Lighthouse score. I Zola as my SSG and SCSS - I also follow the Cube CSS methodoly for maintenance. The rest, pure HTML. There is a tiny amount of JS but this is just for theme changing. This site will work fine with NoScript active. I like to avoid JS for security and privacy reasons. Although I do use some JS tooling, and also have built a monitoring dashboard with SolidJS.

There is no feasable reason to use potentially dangerous clinet side js on a site that just hosts some projects!

I am mainly into low-level and/or abstract areas of computing, hense my decision for doing a computer science degree. I believe in clean, considared, safe and optimised code in most cases. That doesn't mean i dont like performant low level code that may be complex and hard to interpret; if packaged with proof and documentation then keep it performant!
